1. Read your shower’s manualFind your model and check what the manufacturer allows. On an electric shower, don’t fit it unless the manufacturer confirms in writing that a filter head can be fitted to your model.
2. Check the connectionWaterhush comes on its own 1.5 m hose, so your shower needs a hose outlet. Not sure yours takes a standard hose? Ask us before you order.
3. Allow for about 400 gMake sure your holder takes a round handheld head of that weight.
4. Keep your old head and hoseRenting? Put them aside to refit when you move out.

1. Take off the old hoseUnscrew the old hose from the shower outlet by hand.
2. Fit the washerPlace the supplied washer inside the new hose’s nut.
3. Screw the hose on, then the headHand-tight is enough; don’t overtighten.
4. Run the waterRun it for a minute and check the joints for drips.
5. Only if a joint dripsTurn the water off, check the washer sits flat, then add a few turns of the supplied PTFE tape to the outlet thread and refit.
