How to change the cartridge
Unscrew the handle, take out the old cartridge, slide in the new one and screw the handle back. About a minute, no tools.
What’s in the sachet
One cartridge with calcium sulfite, vitamin C, KDF and carbon, sealed until you open it.
What it doesn’t do
It doesn’t soften water or remove limescale, and it doesn’t fit other brands’ shower heads. Filter media are used up over time, which is why we suggest a new cartridge every 3 months, or every 2 for busier homes.
