Joining

The refill plan is always your choice: it is never pre-selected. With a plan, the kit costs £48.99 instead of £64.99, and the first cartridge is already fitted in the handle.

Your rhythm and price

• 1 refill every 3 months: £26.99 per delivery. This is the default.
• 1 refill every 2 months: £26.99 per delivery. We recommend it for households of 2 or more.
• 2 refills every 6 months: £49.99 per delivery.

Prices include VAT and UK delivery. They are provisional until launch.

When refills ship and when you pay

Your first refill ships 3 months after your kit is dispatched, or 2 months on the 2-month rhythm. On the two-refill option, your first delivery of two ships at 3 months, then every 6 months. Each delivery is charged when it is dispatched, at the price shown when you joined, unless we have told you about a price change as set out below.

Reminders

We email you before each charge, with the date, the amount and a link to skip or cancel.

Skip, change or cancel

There is no minimum term. You can skip a delivery, change your rhythm or cancel online at any time before your next refill is dispatched, as easily as you joined. Cancelling doesn’t change the price you paid for your kit.

Price changes

If a refill price changes, we tell you at least 30 days before it applies, and you can cancel before then at no cost.

Your right to cancel

You also have 14 days from the day your kit arrives to cancel the plan and your order, without giving a reason. Deliveries you have received follow our returns policy.

Replacement guidance

We suggest a new cartridge every 3 months, or every 2 months for households of 2 or more people. This is a suggestion, not a tested cartridge life.
