Filtration, explained
Most shower heads only shape the spray. Waterhush adds a cartridge inside the handle, so the water passes through it on its way to the jets. The cartridge includes four filter media: calcium sulfite, vitamin C, KDF (copper-zinc granules) and carbon. That is how Waterhush reduces free chlorine. We don’t attach any other benefit to any single material.
What it doesn’t do
Waterhush doesn’t soften water or remove limescale, and it promises nothing for skin or hair. Filter media are used up over time: we suggest a new cartridge every 3 months, or every 2 months for households of two or more.
