Our story

Why we exist

Born from the small print.

UK tap water is disinfected with chlorine, and some of it is still there when it reaches your shower.

Choosing a filter shower head shouldn’t mean digging through small print to find what it does, what a year costs and how to stop the refills.

So we turned it round.

    One round, chrome-plated handheld head, with the cartridge inside the handle. No range to compare, no upgrade to chase.

    Waterhush reduces free chlorine. It isn’t a water softener and doesn’t remove limescale, and we never say it does.

    Every 3 months, or every 2, as you choose, each sealed in its own sachet. We email you before every charge, and you can skip or cancel online.

    £64.99 for the kit, or £48.99 with the refill plan, then £26.99 per refill every 3 months (or 2) until you cancel. No minimum term. On the 3-month rhythm, a first year (the kit plus 3 refills) comes to £129.96.
