Every kit includes a massage face. Use the standard face for your rinse or the massage face when you prefer the feel of the soft tips. The cartridge stays inside the handle. Follow the supplied fitting guide when changing the face.
The replaceable cartridge is designed to target free chlorine before water reaches the spray face. It is intended for showering; it does not turn shower water into drinking water.
The feel of the spray depends on your water supply, hose and selected setting. If the flow becomes weaker, check for a kinked hose, a misplaced washer or a cartridge due for replacement, following the fitting guide.
Check with your electric-shower manufacturer before fitting a replacement head. Use only a head they approve for your exact shower, especially if it has a flow-control or stop feature.
Your rinse is one part of your haircare routine. Hair loss has several possible causes, so a shower-care kit should not be relied on to stop shedding or grow new hair. If the loss is sudden, patchy or worrying, speak to a GP.
The spray and massage face let you choose how you rinse. Dandruff and itching can have several causes; a filter does not replace anti-dandruff treatment. Use the brush gently, and seek advice for a scalp that stays very itchy, sore or inflamed.
